These terms and conditions apply to the kbajee platform (kbajee.click) and all associated services. By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

Place a Bet

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the live cashout feature).
• Kbajee reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a system malfunction.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be corrected or voided.

Result Determination

• All results are determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sports governing bodies.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, kbajee's decision regarding the associated bets is final.
• Kbajee is not liable for any losses resulting from delayed data during live betting.

Maximum & Minimum Bet

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each event and market. These limits may vary by event, and kbajee reserves the right to change them at any time.

Kbajee supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The payment terms are outlined below:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• You must use your own payment account for deposits — using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.
• Kbajee charges no fees on deposits.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

Kbajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: New members get up to 150% bonus on their first deposit. Wagering requirement: 15x.
• Reload Bonus: Deposit bonus available every week. Terms and amounts are subject to change on a weekly basis.
• Cashback: Get a cashback percentage on net losses — withdrawable with no wagering requirement.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days — if the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined or stacked at the same time.
• Maximum bet limits apply when placing bets using bonus balance.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, kbajee reserves the right to investigate and void the bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbajee platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's information.
• Misuse of the bonus system (including arbitrage betting).
• Account hacking or unauthorized access attempts.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

Your privacy is a top priority for us. Any information kbajee collects is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
• Information is not shared unless required by law.

Kbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• If the account was registered using false information.
• Prolonged inactivity on your account (more than 12 months).
• Due to legal requirements or directives from a regulatory authority.

Kbajee takes every member complaint seriously. Please follow our designated process for dispute resolution:

2. Step Two: Our support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Step Three: For complex cases, a detailed investigation will be completed within 72 hours and a final decision communicated.
4. Step Four: If you are unsatisfied with a decision, you have the option to appeal to senior management.

Kbajee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made, we follow the process outlined below:

• For significant changes, members will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Minor or administrative changes may take effect without prior notice.
• Continued use of the service after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page is kept current at all times.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Your relationship with kbajee is governed by these Terms, which constitute a binding agreement between both parties.
